Happy Sunday Lovelies!
Yesterday I tried making mango ice cream with my gal (my little Kitchen Assistant) and we had lots of fun. Just like me she loves cooking but not the cleaning part.
It’s real simple to make all you need is
- 2 Honey Mangoes
- 2 Bottles of Thickened Cream (you can chose to add only 1 bottle if you want it less creamy)
- Half a can of Condensed Milk (full can if you want it really sweet)

My Kitchen Assistant help me blend the mango into purée before adding the Thickened Cream and condensed milk to be blended altogether till it becomes a smooth mixture. Thereafter, pour the mixture into a coin rainier and let it set in the freezer overnight.

Ta da! The next day you can savour your very own homemade mango ice cream!
